| We bounced the idea of meeting right after comp. team training on Saturdays. This works best for the guys that are coming in from out of the Buffalo area. Does anyone have a problem meeting earlier? |

Okay, the concensus is that we would like to start up fight camp on Saturday, Aug 7th at 3pm. This time seems to accommodate the most people. For those that are cross training for the cage, you are welcome to work striking with us.
So, pending approval from the Professor, we will start August 7th at 3pm. Please post your acknowledgement here so I can get a head count. |

I would like to fight depending on when my MMA fight(s) are. I would love to do the camps either way. I can't be there at 3 though. Is the 6 time not as good for anyone? We don't have to change it just on my account, just wondering.

Well I am only free nights and I don't want u to come out for just me so it looks like I'm sitting this one out. Also I am going down to Jamestown to train takedowns so I will be missing a couple Wednesday classes too.

| Kev I can go over what we work on Saturdays with you if you can make it early any of the days during the week. Or anytime really I am pretty open and I can hold for you to. Mark I can not make this Saturday. I will be there for all the rest of them. I have to take my wife to Pittsburg this weekend. |

Kevin-
At least twice a week, three times is better, do 1000 kicks and knees on the big heavy bag. 500 kicks and 500 knees. 5 minute rounds with 30 seconds rest. Should not take longer than 45 minutes.
Do kicks first, then knees. See how many rounds it takes you to get it done. Kicks: same pattern as shin conditioning on hidden forum. Knees: work straight #1 and #2, skip knee #1 and #2, and curve knee. 100 of each.
I will start a list of pad drills and sparring drills, that I won't post here, for when you can find a holder. |
